9 months old!

 

Emmie turned 9 months old today. She weighed in at 18lbs and is 26 and 3/4 inches long. She is in the 25th percentile for length and between the 25 and 50th for weight. She loves to dance and gets all over the place, even though she hasn't masterd crawling forward. As for her eating, she is not a huge fan of baby food and prefers to feed herself. She laughs hysterically at most anything William or Aaron does.

The kiddos enjoyed some time outside in this unseasonably warm weather. This was the first time Emmie really got to explore outside, and she wanted to put everything in her mouth...of course.

Dinosaur Detectives

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Aaron and I took William to the Cougar Kids event at SIUE today. The theme was dinosaurs and it was taught by a lady from the St. Louis Science Center. The kids got to check out dinosaur bones, dig for fossils, and use pretend paleontologists tools to excavate a chocolate chip cookie.
