We took William to Target the other day and bought him a few dinosaurs, and since no other toys exist. In fact, the first two nights we had them he fell asleep holding one, even though they are very hard plastic. We have since given him a stuffed T-Rex, so he can still sleep with a dinosaur. We think he is slightly obsessed. They even accompany him to meals.
He turned 21 months yesterday, and is really growing up. He has started imagination play. It is so neat to see him pretending to feed the dinosaurs, to make them drink, or to put them night-night. He also loves to make them talk in their dinosaur voices....too funny.
