Friday morning William picked up a coat hanger and insisted on going fishing. He was headed out the door to the sitters, so she came up with a creative way to go "fishing." Little did we know that William would actually get to go fishing for real today.
On our way home from Columbia, we picked William up at the Schmidt Family Reunion. My parents were planning on attending, and since they watched William for us he got to go along. He had a blast fishing with his Scooby Doo rod in the fishing pond. The only catch of the day was a few soggy leaves, but he didn't seem to mind. I learned one thing today, if I am going to be a good boy mom I had better practice my casting skills.
